A man has been accused of sexually harassing a 15-year-old girl at a mall in Dubai City, also reported by Khaleej Times.

The 31-year-old Indian expat spotted the girl while her mother was busy talking to shop sales person.


Girl Report:
She said the accused grabbed her dress and pulled her to a corner in the shop located in a mall in Dubai and rushed to help her button it.

He then groped and touched her body inappropriately in the process.

She stepped back in shock and informed her mother when they left the shop.

Her mother came back and asked for help, the whole incident was captured on the surveillance cameras. Footage clearly showed the salesman had also touched himself inappropriately.

Police Report:
A police lieutenant stated: "The accused admitted during interrogations that he had helped her try on an Arabian traditional dress. While buttoning it, he said he must have touched her unintentionally while fastening the last button of traditional Arab dress which she wasn’t experienced before."

Police asked him either your are allowed to dress ladies customers? He admitted that he was not authorized to help dress customers but his Filipina colleague (salesgirl) was busy with the girl's mother so he decided to help her.
