🔹 Participants must cover their travel costs to Sweden. However, financial assistance for flights may be available for those who need it.

Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?

To apply, you must meet these requirements:

✅ Be a citizen and resident of one of these countries:
Bangladesh, Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, Colombia, China, Egypt, Georgia, DR Congo, Indonesia, India, Kenya, Mexico, Malaysia, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Thailand, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam.

✅ Hold a senior executive role (CEO or similar) in a medium to large company.
✅ Lead strategic changes in your organization.
✅ Be at least 30 years old (Born in 1995 or earlier).
✅ Have strong English skills (spoken and written).
✅ Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
✅ Be willing to participate actively and share knowledge.
✅ Identify key business challenges to work on during the program.
✅ Work for a company that is locally owned and based in an eligible country.
✅ The company must focus on sustainability, such as:
